That commitment shapes everything we do, and it's reflected in the standards we hold ourselves to as we work toward becoming a certified Treatment, Storage, and Disposal (TSD) facility.

What This Means to Us

Meeting the standards required of a TSD facility isn't a quick or easy process and that's exactly the point. It requires us to demonstrate rigorous environmental safeguards, safe handling practices for hazardous materials, and a willingness to be open with regulators, customers, and the communities we operate in. We see this as an opportunity to hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards in our industry.

Things like heavy metals, batteries, and other hazardous components require careful treatment and storage not corner-cutting. We're committed to doing this the right way, every time, not just when it's convenient or required.

We also believe the public has a right to know how companies like ours operate. That's part of why public scoping is such an important part of this process. It gives our community, local regulators, and other stakeholders a chance to ask questions, raise concerns, and hold us to account. We welcome that scrutiny because it makes us better.
