A fully functional product in okay overall condition. The unit may show minor signs of use, such as light scratches, small marks, slight discoloration, or minor dents in limited areas of the chassis. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the product’s performance or functionality.

The display may have light surface scratches but remains clear and fully functional, with no dead pixels. For touchscreen models, the touch function is fully operational.

A fully functional product in worn overall condition. The unit shows noticeable signs of use across larger areas of the chassis, which may include minor dents, minor scratches, faded surfaces, rubber issues, color-faded touchpad, or marks caused by contact with the keyboard. These cosmetic issues do not affect the unit’s basic functionality.

The display may have visible scratches, discoloration, minor white spots on the panel, or other marks that can be seen while in use. The screen remains functional. The battery may also have slightly reduced health but remains operational.

A functional product in poor overall condition. The unit may have extensive cosmetic or structural damage, including cracks, broken casing, loose sections, or missing chassis parts. Despite these issues, essential testing and secure data erasure can still be completed.

The display panel may have major issues, including large white spots, a yellowish screen, severe discoloration, or other significant display damage These conditions may result from rough handling, insufficient packaging, improper stacking, or excessive pressure during storage or transportation.

A non-functional product with missing, damaged, or defective components that prevent normal use. The unit may fail to power on, have major hardware issues, or be incomplete and unsuitable for resale in its current condition.

The product may also be restricted by software locks, including iCloud, MDM, DEP, BIOS, or account-related locks, making it unusable by another user even when the exterior remains in good condition. The unit may still be repaired, refurbished, or used as a source of replacement parts for other devices.
